How do I order a cake?
Take a look at our MENU page to view our product options. After choosing, please add the item to your cart, add the date and time for which you'd like to pick up (please allow at least 4 days for preparation, large/custom orders allow at least two weeks) and checkout.
**For custom orders, please inquire at least two weeks in advance via phone, email, or the form below. Custom orders $100 or more require a deposit of half of the total (nonrefundable), this deposit must be made no later than 24 hours after placing your order. Custom orders that total less than $100 must be paid in full (nonrefundable) no later than 24 hours after placing your order. Payments made late will either be refused or considered as a "rush order," resulting in an added fee of $20 due at pickup.**
Can I order a cake that is not on the menu?
We offer a "Build Your Own" option, that tells you all of the flavor choices we have for cake, icing, liquor and toppings. If you request a cake that is not listed on our page, please reach out to us below.
I want to taste your cake but not order a whole one. Can I purchase a slice?
Currently, we do not sell by the slice. However, there are days where we have a few extra slices from an event and will sell those for $5 per slice. We also offer free slices on our annual Free Slice Day, which is July 1st.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At the moment delivery is not an option on our site. If you wish to have your order delivered please call us directly to place an order. Delivery is only available to the Metro Detroit area within a 20 mile radius from our location. Shipping is not available.
Do you have a storefront? Where is the pickup location?
We are working on opening our very own storefront! Please follow our social media pages for updates with more details. To ensure there is no confusion, the pickup location is provided here on our site after placing your order. Feel free to call us if you have any questions.
What is your pickup policy?
As of August 1st, 2021, customers have a 15 minute grace period that begins at the time of their scheduled pickup. If a customer has not arrived by the end of that 15 minute window, they must pay a $15 late fee (cash only) to receive their order.
After 30 minutes, customers must call/text to schedule a new pickup time for their order. Bee Buzzed associates will reschedule the new order pickup based on the Bee Buzzed associate's availability ONLY. If a customer does NOT pick up their cake at the time it was requested and has not spoken with a Bee Buzzed associate, they are subject to forfeit their order AND payment.
What is your refund and return policy?
We do not accept returns on ANY order. Once your order leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour time frame will receive no refund.
Is the liquor in the cake?
We actually do not put liquor in our cake batter. We offer our own Spiked Icing to allow you to have the best combination of liquor and cake.
I don't drink alcohol, can I still order a cake?
When ordering a cake with no alcohol, please use the Build Your Own option and select "virgin" for cakes and strawberries.
